About Us

A Portfolio Built on Operational Discipline

Fortuna manages a portfolio of non-operated investment vehicles on behalf of North Hudson Resources Partners LP targeting high-quality oil and gas assets in North America. Each entity reflects our commitment to technical diligence, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation. North Hudson Resource Partners LP is a Houston-based energy investment firm focused on opportunistic upstream and midstream energy investments in North America. With over $1.4 billion of assets under management as of May 2025, North Hudson’s private equity platforms own both non-operated and operated oil and gas assets.

Our approach is built on a set of clear advantages:

Creative partnership structures that maximize alignment and enable operators to execute plans efficiently

Acquiring non-core AFE's and non-operated working interests to help operators optimize budgets

Consistent hedging strategy that locks in returns and protects downside

High-quality, committed operators that align with Fortuna’s disciplined standards.

These value drivers guide every investment we make, ensuring that each vehicle is positioned for both near-term performance and long-term success.
